How it works

Download the file from your Etsy Purchases page.
Open it in your browser and set your own 4-digit PIN (the starting PIN is 1234). A short guide sets up your shop name and currency.

This is an interactive tool you open in a web browser. It is not a spreadsheet or a PDF.
It records how a customer paid; it doesn't take card payments itself.
Your data is saved in the browser you open it with, on that one device. It doesn't sync between devices. To move to another device, use Export > Full backup, then Restore on the new one.
