What's inside

Counter

  • New order: pick the customer, weigh the load or count the pieces, add extras, and the price comes from your own list
  • Weight tiers with a minimum, per-piece services, add-ons, rush, discounts and delivery fees
  • Receipts for 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printers, or any printer; reprint any time

Orders and workflow

  • Eight stages: new, received, washing, drying, folding, quality check, ready, released
  • Every move is stamped with the time and who did it; the quality check can't be skipped
  • Orders not picked up flagged as unclaimed after 7 days, with a final notice at 14

Customers and payments

  • Customer profiles with history, spend and balance worked out from their orders
  • Part payments, deposits and balances, by cash, card, bank transfer or your own methods

Good to know

  • This is an interactive tool you open in a web browser. It is not a printable PDF.
  • Opens in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer, and in Chrome on Android phones and tablets. On iPhone and iPad, use Microsoft Edge.
  • Your records are saved in the browser you open it with, on that device. To move to another device, download a backup in Settings, then restore it on the new one.
  • Private or incognito windows throw entries away when they close, so use a normal window.
  • One shop per file, with as many branches as you need. Digital item: nothing is shipped. For use in your own business.
